TSO Education will NEVER sell your data to third parties. We use the providers described below to run this website and handle enquiries, with optional Google measurement only when you allow it.
Who is responsible
TSO Education LTD is responsible for the personal information collected through this marketing website. You can contact us about your information at office@tsoeducation.co.uk or on 01255 323119. This notice covers icfp.school marketing pages and enquiries, rather than the separate ICFP product applications.
What we collect
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address and organisation details you enter, your preferred next step and any message you provide. The campaign form also asks for your role and number of schools. We assign a random enquiry reference. Please do not send pupil information or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
How we use enquiries
We use your details to respond, arrange a walkthrough, answer questions or prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and discussing relevant services with the people who contact us. Where you personally request steps towards a contract, we may also process information to take those steps. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Hosting, security and enquiry delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect it. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Accepted enquiries are sent to a private Discord channel used by our team. Discord receives the submitted details, enquiry reference and any campaign attribution you have allowed. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond and manage follow-up.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Google Ads measures whether advertising leads to an enquiry. Google Tag Manager manages these tags. You can choose analytics and advertising measurement separately. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Our form does not send names, email addresses, organisation names or message contents to Google. A confirmed lead event contains the product, form category and random enquiry reference.
Campaign attribution
If you allow either measurement option, we can save the campaign parameters in the page address, the landing page and the time of that visit for up to 30 days. Google click identifiers are saved only if you allow advertising measurement. These details can be included with your enquiry so we understand its source. They are not saved before the relevant consent. Withdrawing a permission removes the saved campaign record.
Your consent choices
Optional measurement uses consent as its lawful basis. Rejecting it does not prevent you from reading the website or contacting us. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choices for six months. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement for that purpose, but does not undo processing that already took place with your permission.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiries that do not become customers for 12 months after the last contact, then delete their records, including those in Discord. If you become a customer, information needed to manage that relationship is covered by the relevant service arrangements. We may retain limited information for longer where a legal obligation or an active dispute requires it. Campaign attribution on your device expires after 30 days; cookie choices expire after six months. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to two months. This setting does not determine how long Google retains aggregated reports.
Your rights and concerns
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests or request a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact office@tsoeducation.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
